YOU MUST BOOK ON BEFORE 5PM ON SATURDAY 5th SEPTEMBER

This will be our first Club ride following the Covid 19 lockdown.

We will be complying with current Government guidelines and providing guidance to members prior to commencing the ride.

We will be riding in groups of up to 6 people, setting off at intervals in order to avoid overlapping groups.  Several members have offered to lead a group dependent upon the number attending.

The ride is open to members only as this will be a test for us in cycling under the Government guidelines.

This is a 33 miles road ride through some lovely countryside taking in some attractive villages on route, including Nateby, Out Rawcliffe, Pilling and Cockerham. The terrain is generally flat with no serious climbs and most of the roads should have limited traffic. This ride is suitable for any type of bicycle.

Our lunch stop will be around the halfway point at the Knott End café which has both outdoor and indoor seating.  We stopped there on our recce ride and robust Covid 19 safety measures are in place.  The café offers a range of hot and cold food and drinks.

Note that there is a £3.50 charge for all day parking at Garstang payable by cash.
